PIG and Primitive Race have released a new collaborative video for their song “Long In The Tooth.” Take a listen to the track below.
This song is a smorgasbord of progressive metal and punk. The track features members of KMFDM, Prong, Ministry, Pop Will Eat Itself, The Mission, Peter Murphy, Combichrist and Revolting Cocks.
Industrial band Primitive Race consists of producer Chris Kniker (Lords of Acid, RevCo, tweaker), Graham Crabb (Pop Will Eat Itself), Erie Loch (Luxt, Exageist) and Mark Gemini Thwaite (Mission UK, Mob Research, Peter Murphy, Gary Numan). For this collaboration, they teamed up with Raymond Watts (ex-KMFDM, PIG). Take a look at how Primitive Race formed on our article right here.
The video for “Long In The Tooth” is industrial at its finest, with quirky, creepy beats and intense vocal stylings. Images of fish, human teeth and blood flash on the screen to the pounding rhythm of the song.
The group’s upcoming collaborative album of the same name, Long In The Tooth, will be out on June 5 from Metropolis Records. It will feature three original tracks along with remixes from the members’ previous bands.
