Singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile will be playing an intimate, unplugged show at the 2015 SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas.
The performance, which is set for Wednesday, March 18, is part of Carlile’s Pin Drop Tour. It will take place at Central Presbyterian Church, with doors opening at 7:30 p.m. and Carlile taking the stage at 11 p.m. Her two opening acts will be announced in the near future. Those with SXSW Music Registration and Wristbands will be admitted to the show at no charge, while a limited number of individual tickets may be available at the doors to the venue. Festival-goers can add Carlile’s showcase to their schedule on SXSW’s website.
Brandi Carlile will also be performing at the 2015 Bonnaroo Festival in Tennessee, which takes place June 11 to 14. Her newest album, The Firewatcher’s Daughter, will be released just two weeks before her SXSW performance.
