Singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett has announced tour dates in the UK and Europe this March and April, following the release of her latest album.
Barnett’s forthcoming album, Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit, will be released March 23. She has already released a music video for the single “Pedestrian At Best.” About the new album, Barnett says, “My songs follow me as a normal human with normal emotions, so there are great highs and great lows. They span everything in my life,” according to NME.
In December, video of Barnett in her hometown of Melbourne, Australia, performing the Lemonheads’ “Being Around,” with the band’s frontman, Evan Dando. The song was a mainstay of her 2014 tour, but she may switch things up this time around. In addition to her European tour dates, Barnett will be playing at the 2015 Bottle Rock Napa Valley festival, among artists like No Doubt and Snoop Dogg, as well as the 2015 Bonnaroo Music Festival with artists like Brandi Carlile and Slayer.
Tickets for Barnett’s spring 2015 tour go on sale on the morning of February 5. For a full list of tour dates, see below.
