Red, yellow, lazy sun and a terrific hat in the new video – facing autumn with Pharrell is easy.
This time Willams is reuniting with French alien revelation Daft Punk to present a clip for ‘Gust Of Wind’ off his latest album G I R L. Directed by English filmmaker and director Edgar Wright, the video shows us singer strolling through the colorful woods in his special manner, with a dozen of quaint dancers doing a beautiful aerial acrobatics, and a couple of Daft Punk’s huge stone helmets hovering around them before lighting up and taking off in the video’s final, as the duo also takes part in the song performance.
Pharrell Williams got his major status through a smash hit ‘Get Lucky’ together with Daft Punk, which was rated #3 in mxdwn’s 2013 Top Songs, won the Grammy for the Best Record of the Year, performed at The Oscars, The Voice, also being a headliner of 2014’s iTunes 30 Nights of Music.
