Cold War Kids are headed back to Union Transfer this fall! They were at the venue twice last year. Now they’re back again with a stop on October 25th. Grab tickets now to hear all of the new music the band is working on!
The band has been very busy this past year. Dear Miss Lonelyhearts was released in April of last year, and the band has been steadily touring since. Just a week or so ago, frontman Nathan Willett and bassist Matt Maust debuted the first LP from their new side-project French Style Furs. In addition to their upcoming tour this October, Cold War Kids will also be releasing their newest album. The still untitled album will be the group’s fifth release. In conjunction with their tour announcement, the band dropped lead single “All This Could Be Yours,” which you can stream here. Their tour will wrap up in Santa Cruz on November 22nd.
Cold War Kids formed in California in 2004, but burst onto the scene in 2007 with their hit single “Hang Me Up to Dry.” The song was the second single released from the debut album, Robbers & Cowards. You definitely do not want to miss these guys when they head back to Union Transfer this October. Their April show last year was sold-out and the crowd was singing along to every word, despite the album having just been released. Over the years, they’ve crafted their live shows and it’s definitely a spectacle to see. Grab tickets now!
