The band President released “Sleepwalker” on September 4 from their debut full-length studio album, Blood of Your Empire.

“Sleepwalker” is an emotional track with elements of modern rock and electronic beats. The beginning of the song was accompanied by an electronic beat with a heartfelt monologue encouraging listeners to follow their own path, saying no one really cares what they do, which is why people should do what they love. The vocal delivery and the lyrics present a desperate person who is losing hope and trying to escape their current situation through dreams that aren’t reality.

“Sleepwalker” is track six on Blood of Your Empire. Although not an official single, the track stands out because of its contrast of an inspiring and relatable monologue and a hopeless and emotional vocal delivery accompanied by drums and melodic guitars.
