Grunge’s Godfather is releasing a set of solo acoustic recordings from way back when, 1970 to be specific.
Young’s two-disc set Live at the Cellar Door was recorded around the time of his high-grossing album After the Goldrush during an intimate six night stint at the Cellar Door in DC. The album primarily features his solo material but there are also a few Buffalo Springfield tunes thrown in for good measure. Live at the Cellar Door is due for a December 10th release and will be available in CD and 180-gram vinyl formats.
