King Falcon is set to perform at Reggie’s Rock Club on Feb. 4, 2025, with their first new piece of music – a reworking of Paramore’s “crushcrushcrush” since the debut of their first album, self-titled King Falcon in 2023.
The band takes on stages nationwide as they begin their tour to celebrate this new single and prepare for their 2025 album release.
King Falcon is a fresh New York band that is new to the scene. The members include vocalist and lead guitarist Michael Rubin, bassist Joe Conserva, guitarist Justin Kosisky, and drummer Dipayan “Dip” Chakraborty. They are based in the modern rock persuasion. They have equated their sound and songwriting to the likes of The Killers, The Black Keys, and even The Strokes.
Their newest release, a reimagining of Paramore’s “crushcrushcrush”, maintained the song’s original integrity while also making it their own. King Falcon is more guitar-heavy in a way that makes the song their own.
With the help of award-winning producer Skidd Mills and a plethora of talent to go around, the band has cultivated a steady fanbase that is sure to be maintained with the release of their second album to come in 2025.
The tour began on Oct. 3 with a debut performance in the band’s hometown of Queens, NY, and will move to the west of New York until they have landed in Smithtown, NY. They will then begin their out-of-state performances in January and February of 2025.
King Falcon will perform at Reggie’s on Feb. 4, 2025. Connect with the band’s website for more information https://kingfalconband.com.
