Maggie Rogers takes on Chicago during her Don’t Forget Me Tour on Oct. 24 at the United Center with special guest Ryan Beatty. This tour is in celebration of her latest album, Don’t Forget Me, which was released just this past year in April of 2024.
Maggie Rogers kickstarted her music career with her first song “Alaska” which she wrote, recorded, and played for Pharell Williams during a master class at her time at New York University in 2016. Williams was utterly impressed with the song and Rogers gained immediate recognition for her talent.
Rogers kept writing and releasing single after single until 2019 when she released her first studio album, Heard It In a Past Life. This album features her song “Alaska” alongside “The Knife” and “Say It” which became a commercial success almost instantly. During that year she also released her single “Love You For A Long Time”, which was a big hit.
Her second and third albums, Notes from the Archive: Recordings 2011-2016 (2020) and Surrender (2022) were much anticipated following the start of her career. In company with her albums, she has also released 14 singles and four EPs.
Now, two years since her last album, she has released Don’t Forget Me (2024). This new album is full of wistful and dreamy instrumentals accompanied by Rogers’s unique, fearless, and soulful vocals.
Maggie Rogers is set to perform in Chicago on Oct. 24 at the United Center in honor of her Don’t Forget Me Tour. She will be joined by opener and special guest Ryan Beatty. Tickets can be purchased now through Ticket Master. TicketMaster.com
