In Spring of 2013, My Bloody Valentine will offer their much-starved fans a 3-date mini tour of the UK.
The group, which has not released an album in over 2 decades (their last being 1991’s Loveless) has not confirmed whether this tour will be in support of a new album. Front man Kevin Shields, however, has stated in the past that a new album is in the works, although it is already too late for a 2012 release. He recently spoke about their new work:
“People who like us will immediately connect with something. Based on the very, very few people who’ve heard stuff– some engineers, the band, and that’s about it– some people think it’s stranger than Loveless. I don’t.”
Here are the dates for this coming Spring’s tour:
March 9: Glasgow, Scotland – Barrowlands
March 10: Manchester, England – Apollo
March 12: London, England – Hammersmith Apollo
