The fifth album from The Dirty Projectors is set to hit stores of all music-retailling varieties on June 9. Titled Bitte Orca, this is the follow-up to the highly acclaimed Rise Above.
Preceding the album by just under 20 days, Stillness is the Move will be released as the lead single via 12″ vinyl and digitally with b-sides.
The Projectors will also be expanding their live lineup to 6 members with the additions of Nat Baldwin on bass and vocalist Haley Dekle. The band is currently set to perform a special show in Minneapolis at the Walker Arts Center on March 6 as well as a slew of SXSW performances.
