A Dynamic duo of garage rock, psychedelic style, The Pack A.D. produces an inhumanly powerful sound for just two people. With singer/guitarist Becky Black and drummer Maya Miller, the two have a reputation for putting on an explosive show. Starting in Vancouver, the two find inspiration for their music in science fiction and horror genres. Their lyrics, music videos, and performances reflect this.
The Pack A.D. started in 2007 with their first studio album, Tintype, following a heavy raw rhythmic punk sound. With their third studio album We Kill Computers, started to show some evolution in their sound towards encompassing more genres. Over time with the additions of their albums, Do Not Engage, Positive Thinking, and Dollhouse, saw the completion of their blend of psychedelic and rockabilly influences. Their newest album It Was Fun While It Lasted, came out just this year.
This duo puts on performances that are not to be missed. Be one of the first to hear It Was Fun While It Lasted live.
