Recently released by the family of Amy Winehouse, results of the deceased singer’s toxicology report state that there were no illegal drugs in Winehouse’s system at the time of her death.
The report confirmed the presence of alcohol in her blood, but whether or not alcohol was a determinant in her death is still unreported. No cause of death was stated in the toxicology report.
As previously reported by MXDWN, Winehouse’s initial autopsy was considered inconclusive. Authorities were waiting for the pending toxicology results to determine the actual cause of her death. Because the toxicology analysis turned out to be additionally inconclusive, an official investigation will get underway in October. To read more about Amy Winehouse’s death from MXDWN, click here.
