Despite efforts to right herself in time for a European tour Amy Winehouse proved that her stint at London’s Priory Clinic came short lived. After an embarrassing ‘disaster’ performance at Belgrade, Winehouse has canceled her European summer tour.
Regardless of the soul singer’s tumultuous history, this on stage collapse came unexpectedly as just under a week ago Winehouse appeared to be at the top of her game when she wow’d an audience at London’s 100 Club. Perhaps the last thing concert goers expected was a complete meltdown. After showing up to the venue an hour late, forgetting most of the lyrics to her songs and occasionally disappearing from stage altogether, Winehouse was eventually booed off stage in Serbia. Her European tour which was scheduled to end August 12 at Bucharest, has been cancelled. Watch Winehouse struggle through her set below:
