Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats and Graveyard kick of their co-headlining North American tour, Peace Across the Wasteland, this Wednesday, March 6. Starting in Philadelphia, PA, the tour runs through March 30 and ends in Toronto, ON. In San Francisco on March 16, Twin Temple will join the tour for support. After that, on March 18, Demob Happy will join the tour for the rest of the dates.

Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats have been creating music since 2009, when guitarist and vocalist Kevin Starrs formed the group. They currently have five albums out, their latest being Wasteland. Wasteland features the usual psychedelic and creepy notes you would expect from the band. This album is noted as Starrs’ most immersive and evocative body of work yet.

Commenting on the tour, Starr noted, “We’re looking forward to traveling across the wasteland and destroying minds with Graveyard in 2019. This will be our first North American tour in three years so it feels long overdue. See you down the front!”

Graveyard, the Swedish heavy rock band, will set out on tour in support of their most recent album Peace, released in 2018.

One of the supporting groups, the Satanic Doo-Wop duo Twin Temple, released their self-titled debut in 2018. Fans have the opportunity to see Twin Temple as the Metro in Chicaho on Mrch 3 and Saint Vitus in New York City on March 5. The other supporting grunge/psych U.K. rock group Demob Happy released a new single in early 2019 titled “Less is More.”
