LCD Soundsystem shared their highly anticipated new LP, American Dream back in September of 2017. It is their fourth studio album which comes seven years after their last full-length album, This Is Happening, and six years after the band’s breakup. They returned together in 2016 at Coachella. Since then, James Murphy and the rest of the crew have kept themselves busy touring and promoting American Dream.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs have stayed quiet since releasing their fourth studio album Mosquito back in 2013 but have performed a few festival dates last year.
