Yesterday, Beach Slang took to Twitter to share some unfortunate news of yet another robbery. According to Alternative Press, the indie punk-rock band was first robbed last November, during a show in Austin, Texas. This past Saturday (November 11th), the group’s tour van was robbed in Seattle Washington. The group was busy playing at the Chop Suey venue when their tour bus was wiped of all their gear and merchandise.
OUR VAN & TRAILER WERE STOLEN LAST NIGHT
All of our gear, all of our merch, but none of our charge. It’s a pretty beautiful thing to be surrounded by people who refuse to be broken. Portland, we’ll see you tonight pic.twitter.com/BThiNsn5Jg

The band who has “refuse[d] to give up,” since their initial ignition in 2013, marched on to play the next night (November 12th) in Portland. The band took to twitter to assure fans that they would not let the unfortunate incident deter their focus away from their tour. They will continue their tour tomorrow (November 14th) in San Francisco and go on to play shows in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Austin, Dallas, Houston, St. Louis, Chicago, Cleveland, Pittsburg, Washington D.C., New York City, Cambridge and Bethlehem up until December 1st.
