Legendary singer-songwriter Fiona Apple brought out St. Vincent to perform at the Trans-Pecos Festival in Texas last night. The two performed a cover of “Money Changes Everything” by Cyndi Lauper, as well as “Pale September” and “First Taste”. The performance was a pleasant surprise for fans at the concert last night. St. Vincent has finally announced her new album titled, Masseduction. The album is her first new LP in over three years. The news started rolling in back in June, when St. Vincent announced an large tour via a video press release. Then, at her first show in Tokyo, she debuted Masseduction’s first single, “New York”. The album is set to come out October 13th.
For Fiona Apple, there is still no word regarding a new album, the singer-songwriter has not released a new record since 2012’s The Idler Wheel….
