Nachtmstium has recently released a new lineup after getting back together and also is working on a new EP titled Resilient.
Nachtmystium is an American metal band that was formed by Blake Judd and Pat McCormick as a side project in 2000, with their first release Reign of the Malicious in 2002. Records were released through the influenced of black metal bands such as Darkthrone and Burzum. The release of Assassins: Black Meddle, Part I got the band their increased popularity, where following it, they would perform at festivals and tours. With their journey as a band, they have created there have been seven full length albums, four EPs, two demos, four split albums, five live releases and two compilation albums.
The band is being resurrected after some very troubling years that saw him addicted to heroin, jailed and rip off numerous fans with fraudulent album pre-orders. The band officially broke up in 2013.
According to THEPRP, two shows have been confirmed and also the return of Jean-Michael Graffio as the drummer. This new band lineup is Austin Pumphrey, Blake Judd and Jean-Michael Graffio. With this band, the dates that will be performed will be on July 8th, 2017 at Festum Carnis in Wilseyville, CA and then September 28th, 2017 at Louisville Deathfest in Louisville, KY.
