It takes time to create art and many artists decide to go on a hiatus after they have released an album for fans to hear any enjoy. That is what the recent announcement of London Grammar represents. According to CONSEQUENCE OF SOUND, London Grammar has announced that a new album will be released. The UK’s new album, Truth Is A Beautiful Thing will serve as the follow up to the their 2013 album If You Wait. Fans will have plenty of music to listen to, the album with feature eleven new songs. Most notably, the earlier released singles “Rooting For You” and “Big Picture” will be included. While in the studio, they got a chance to work with Paul Epworth, Greg Kurstin, and Jon Hopkins who has worked with successful acts like Coldplay and Purity Ring.
Hannah Reid had this to say about the new music, “The first album was a lot more about relationships, but then the second one is too but in a different way,” she also had this to say, “It’s probably about the relationship you have with yourself, rather than one specific other person. The relationship that us three had on the road, and there’s a lot about the meaning of life in general, which is SO lame, but that is what we talk about!”
