Punk rock icons MxPx have announced their 12th studio album, releasing on January 29th. The track list will include the following:
- The Good Days
- Mind Control
- Panic Attack
- On Saturday
- Wrecked My Day
- No Kings
- Complaint Department
- Not Me
- Don’t Say Goodbye To Me
- Never Apologize

- Once In A Lifetimes (vinyl/CD exclusive)
- Nervous Energy (vinyl/CD exclusive)
The lead single released off the record is titled “Panic Attack” and features a video filled with skits and some really energetic riffs and vocals.
The lyrics deal with the feeling of overwhelming days. The rhythm section captures the pulse of a panic attack, with lots of energy in every chorus. Despite the sense of panic, the song captures a very upbeat vibe and the essence of someone persevering through stressful times. Blabbermouth reports that MxPx will perform this November in Orlando, Florida and will also be performing for Good Things Festival in December.
