Camera Obscura wrapped up a two-night run at Pacific Electric in Los Angeles on Tuesday night, June 2, bringing their soft, bittersweet indie pop to the new Chinatown venue.
The Glasgow band kept things warm and unhurried, with Tracyanne Campbell leading the crowd through a mix of longtime favorites and songs from 2024’s Look to the East, Look to the West. There’s always been something quietly devastating about Camera Obscura’s songs, and in a room that intimate, those little moments of heartbreak and sweetness landed especially well.
