Mumford & Sons just announced a 32-city North American tour, in support of their latest album, “Rushmere” which was released on March 28th. The British folk rock band will also be joined by special guests like Japanese Breakfast, Gregory Alan Isakov, and Michael Kiwanuka while on tour. Presale for the tour began today, April 2nd, at 10am, and tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 4th. The tour is set to take off on June 5th in Bend, Oregon at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. From there, the band will continue to tour major cities throughout the summer and early fall. The last show of the tour will be on October 26th in Omaha at CHI Health Center Arena. Originally, there was one New York show at Forest Hills Stadium on August 8th. Although, they have just announced that there will be an additional show on August 9th, with the band playing both Friday and Saturday night at Forest Hills. The infamous ‘I Will Wait’ band is said to be many people’s bucket list concert and a show that has people crossing their fingers and toes for tickets. I happen to be one of those people. Be prepared to grab tickets this Friday, as I’m almost positive, they will be selling quick!
