Jillian Rose Banks, known as Banks, is coming to New York this summer. The singer songwriter just announced that she’ll be releasing her fifth studio album, Off With Her Head, via ADA Worldwide. Eponymous Review quoted the singer, saying “In many ways, it’s a big sister album to Goddess,”After a decade apart, I’ve reunited with the core musicians and producers who helped shape my debut. At the same time, it’s something entirely different— I’ve grown so much as an artist and a person, and the journey is documented in all these sounds.” The tour is set to kick off in Seattle at Paramount Theater on June 4th. Banks will continue touring a few staple cities through June, finishing off with her last show at The Fillmore in Minneapolis on June 27th. Tickets for the Off With Her Head North American tour will go on sale on Friday March 7th at 10 am local time. The New York City show on the tour will be on June 20th at Brooklyn Paramount.
