The American rock band formed in Alabama in 2009, is setting off on their first trek together in eight years. The 2025 reunion tour will take place across the United States and will have many special guests. Some of the special guests include the Bahamas, Shannon & The Clams, El Michels Affair, The Budos Band, Sam Evian, and Lee Fields. The tour is set to kick off in Chicago on July 16th at The Salt Shed- Fairgrounds. Following that, the band will continue to make its way through many cities and eventually finish off the tour in Irving Texas on September 27th at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory. According to Consequence, Brittany Howard the rhythm guitarist of the group said they’ve recorded a bunch of new music that will soon be released. She stated that the band wanted the tour to be “as much about the future as the past”. The band recently confirmed their comeback on social media by posting pictures from the studio with producer Shawn Everett. The NYC show will take place at Forest Hills Stadium on September 17th. Tickets to the show are still on sale, and are selling for as cheap as $88 USD, with fees.
