

James Hamilton Leithauser, the American singer, songwriter and instrumentalist is coming to New York this March. Leithauser is most known for his work with the American indie rock band The Walkmen, whom he wrote and recorded seven studio albums with from 2000 to 2014. His ‘This Side of the Island Tour’ just announced Spring dates and will be accompanied by Greg Freeman and Johanna Samuels at various dates. According to Brooklyn Vegan, he plans to release This Side of the Island on March 7th. The artist will have a residency at NYC’s Cafe Carlyle, with 15 shows from March 6th to March 29th. After that, he’ll go to Dallas and play a show at Kessler Theater on May 5th. Tickets to the residency in New York for all nights are yet to go on sale, but will soon be released.
