My Chemical Romance announced in 2024, that they would set out on a Stadium Tour this upcoming year. According to Billboard, a few weeks after performing the beloved 2006 album The Black Parade in its entirety at When We Were Young Festival, the band decided to continue the nostalgia on a 10-city performance run. The 10-city Stadium Tour is produced by Live Nation and will kick off on July 11th in Seattle at T Mobile Park. My Chemical Romance has planned quite a lineup, with several different appearances and artists. Some of their openers consist of Violent Femmes, 100 Gecs, Wallows, Evanescence, Pixies, and more. Tickets for the tour originally went on sale on Friday, November 15th. The group shared a post on their Instagram that stated, “It has been seventeen years since The Black Parade was sent to the MOAT. In that time, a great Dictator has risen to power, bringing about ‘THE CONCRETE AGE’; a glorious time of stability and abundance in the history of DRAAG,”. The nostalgic and much anticipated tour will make its way to New York on August 9th, with a Stadium show at MetLife in East Rutherford, NJ. Tickets to the show are still on sale, and selling for as cheap as $256 USD. for 300 level sections.
