In Spring 2025, Peach Pit, alongside Briston Maroney, is set to embark on their Long Hair, Long Life Tour. On May 29, they will take the stage in Chicago at the Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island with Opener Bnny.
Peach Pit is a seminal indie-rock and surf-rock band from Canada. It was formed in 2016 by singer and rhythm guitarist Neil Smith, lead guitarist Christopher Vanderkooy, bassist Peter Wilton, and drummer Mikey Pascuzzi. They recently incorporated Dougal Bain McLean, who plays the synth, guitar, and fiddle.
The members met as High Schoolers working on a project together in 2014. Two years later, in 2016, they released their first EP, Sweet FA. After their debut, they began working on their first studio album, Being So Normal, released in 2018.
Being So Normal(2018), kick-started their music career with invitations to music festivals and commercial attention. The band has performed on many festival stages including Lollapalooza, All Things Go, Bonaroo, and many more.
With only three studio albums, including their most recent, Magpie (2024), they have made a huge name for themselves. They have also released 10 singles and 2 EPs.
