New Age riot grrrl band The Linda Lindas are set to perform at Bottom Lounge on Apr. 13, 2025, in celebration of their second album release No Obligation. They will be joined on stage by opener and special guest Pinkshift.
The Linda Lindas are an all-female rock group consisting of guitarist and vocalist Bela Salazar, bassist and vocalist Eloise Wong, and sisters Lucia de la Graza on guitar and vocals and Mila de la Granza on drums and vocals. The four girls are still in either high school or middle school.
The band was formed in 2018 after a whirlwind of events, including the four of them performing at the Girlschool LA music festival and then opening for Freida’s Roses. They released their first piece of music together, a single titled “Claudia Kishi,” in 2020.
The band quickly gained attention after releasing their 2020 EP, self-titled “The Linda Lindas”. They sparked interest from Amy Pohler who invited the band to record the soundtrack for her 2021 movie “Moxie”.
The following year they released their first studio album, Growing Up. As a relatively newer band, they have made a splash in the industry. In total, they have released 13 singles, one EP, and two albums.
Their newly released album, No Obligation (2024), is an advancement of the band’s experimentation with combining L.A. punk rock, post-punk, and garage rock. They have taken their previous work and added an even more joyful sound.
The Linda Lindas will take the stage at Bottom Lounge on Apr. 13, 2025, during their No Obligation tour. They will be joined by Pinkshift. Tickets can be purchased now through ticket web ticketweb.com.
