Singer-songwriter Emma Ruth Rundle has announced a fall U.S. tour. The tour includes an intimate performance at the Zebulon in Los Angeles, California on Thursday, December 5.
When Emma Ruth Rundle isn’t fronting or songwriting for her three bands – Nocturnes, Marriages and Red Sparowes – the visual artist, vocalist and musician is creating intimate piano-led folk as a solo artist. Veering away from the sludge metal she’s known for with the bands, her own projects are more vulnerable and introspective, riffing on her upbringing around folk music in Los Angeles.
Rundle is heading out on a U.S. tour with support from Ora Cogan and Storefront Church on select dates. Rundle is currently on her European tour which is set to run until September 1 in London, UK. The U.S. leg kicks off on October 26 in Asheville, NC and concludes on December 16 in Denver, CO. The 19-date tour includes stops in cities such as Baltimore, Seattle, Phoenix, Austin, and more.
The Portland-based singer-songwriter has released five solo albums. In 2011 she released her solo debut Electric Guitar: One followed by its sequel EG2: Dowsing Voice in 2022 and Engine of Hell in 2021.
