Accompanied by Reneè Rapp, Muna, & more, Chappell Roan is heading to New York. ‘Your favorite artist’s favorite artist’, recently planned a tour, prior to becoming an internet sensation. According to The New York Times, the 26 year old’s sudden fame caused a change in the game plan, which triggered Roan’s team to upgrade to as many markets as they could. Chappell had a show in Virginia at a venue with a capacity of 1,500, which was soon relocated to a space that ended up selling 6,530 tickets. With Chappell now having the ability to probably sell out stadium shows, she and her team are choosing to stay put amidst the chaos. While continuing to elevate their market, Roan makes it clear that she wants to remain thoughtful and humble in the pandemonium, by keeping reasonable ticket prices and creating a safe space and venue experience for her fans. The “Pink Pony Club” singer refers to this time as a “zeitgeist moment,” after experiencing such a buzz from her performances at both Coachella, and Governors Ball. Tickets to All Things Go NYC are sold out and can only be accessed through joining the waitlist. While Roan will most definitely draw a crowd out to Queens, New York, the two-day festival will continue into Sunday, bringing a line-up of many artists, late into the weekend.
