Nada Surf at Underground Arts on October 3

Alternative rock band Nada Surf recently announced their Moon Mirror Tour, their first tour in three years! To the delight of their fans, the band will be performing across the U.S., and they are coming to Underground Arts in Philadelphia on October 3rd.

Formed in 1992, the band quickly grew in popularity following their 1996 studio album debut, High/Low. The single “Popular” off of the album would be the band’s first charting hit and put the group on the map, establishing a growing and dedicated fanbase and receiving positive recognition by critics.

The tour is in support of the upcoming album release, Moon Mirror, the band’s  tenth studio album. The first single off of the album titled “In Front of Me Now” released in May, and was accompanied by a fun music video that showed the band recording different parts of the track. The album is set to release in full on September 13th, giving fans enough time to familiarize themselves with the tracks prior to tour. Nada Surf will also be joined by alternative-rock trio Office Dog, whose debut studio album Spiel released at the beginning of this year.
