Dawes at The Fillmore on April 11

Los Angeles-based Folk-rock group Dawes recently announced their upcoming tour (which kicks off tomorrow!). Performing across North America, the band will go to over 20 cities, including in Philadelphia at The Fillmore on April 11th of next year.

Formed in 2009, the band became known for their authentic folk sound, releasing their debut studio album North Hills that same year to extremely high critical acclaim. Throughout the band’s eight currently released albums, the group has found itself dominating folk music charts internationally.

The band’s performance will include their upcoming studio album release, Oh Brother, coming out in full on October 11th of this year. The first single off of the album, “House Parties,” has already been released, accompanied by a fun, wholesome music video. The band will also be joined by alternative/indie band Winnetka Bowling League. You can get your tickets HERE.
