Eyehategod at Johnny Brenda’s on August 28th

New Orleans metal band Eyehategod are kicking off their Turn Troubled Tables tour next month, coming to Philadelphia on August 28th for an exciting performance at Johnny Brenda’s.

The group’s music earned the title of sludge rock for its distinct low-end, slower sound compared to other metal groups, attracting a unique and dedicated fanbase. The band has been continually touring since the release of their 2021 studio album A History of Nomadic Behavior, with a new album, according to the group, not in the works until following this tour, but the most recent album was the group’s first in almost ten years.

On tour, the band will be joined by fellow NOLA locals, Exhorder. Formed in 1985, Exhorder gained popularity for their groove-metal tracks, even having their debut studio album Slaughter in the Vatican get inducted into the Decibel’s – a Philadelphia-based metal music publication – Hall of Fame.

Don’t miss this amazing performance at a Philly Classic Venue! You can get your tickets HERE.
