Glass Animals at The Mann Center on August 10th

Indie pop/rock group Glass Animals recently announced they are going on their aptly named Tour of Earth world tour, coming to The TD Pavilion at The Mann Center in Philadelphia on August 10th, joined by rapper/singer Kevin Abstract.

Glass Animals debuted their first studio album Zaba in 2014, immediately solidifying the band as a group to watch out for. The single “Gooey” off of the album would attract a large audience and commercial success, going platinum in the U.S.

In 2020 the group would release their third studio album, Dreamland, which found extreme success and positive critical reception. “Heat Waves” would be an internationally number-one charting hit, and is currently the band’s most streamed single.

On the upcoming Tour of Earth, Glass Animals will be performing their upcoming album I Love You So F***ing Much. The tracklist for the album has already been announced, with the album set to have ten singles, and it will be released on July 19th.

Kevin Abstract originally came up as a member of rap group Brockhampton, releasing his solo debut MTV1987 in 2014. His most recent album, Blanket, came out in 2023, and he released a single earlier this year with fellow rapper Lil Nas X, “Tennessee.”

This duo of performers is sure to make for an entertaining night of upbeat and memorable music. You can get your tickets HERE.
