Kesha Shares Empowering New Single “JOYRIDE”

Kesha, the two time grammy award nominated pop artist, stunned and excited many fans in June at Planet Pride when she debuted her new single “Joyride”, her celebration of independence and kickoff for her Kesha summer.

The song as well as the lyric video are out now. The highly anticipated new song comes a year after her critically acclaimed album Gag Order which gained her top spots from famous music journalism sources like Rolling Stone, it was her last album under Dr. Luke’s Kemosabe record label as well as RCA records and Vector management. Her new song is now available from her own record label Kesha Records. Check out Kesha’s celebration of independence below.

Luckily for fans Kesha has plenty more summer shows ahead to show off the new single including stops at Lollapalooza, WaWa Welcome America Festival, and “House of Kesha” an official Lollapalooza after show. She has more shows to come that are awaiting announcement.

Kesha has been busy this past year teaching “The Alchemy of pop” in an artist residency in southern California, giving a TED talk in Vancouver, making a surprise appearance at Renee Rapp’s Coachella show with a fun iteration of her hit “TikTok”, and a headlining appearance during Pride Month at OUTLOUD Music Festival in West Hollywood.
