Justice at The Met Philadelphia on July 31st

French Grammy-award winning electronic/disco duo Justice announced U.S. dates for their 2024 tour last month, including a performance at The Met in Philadelphia on July 31st.

The duo released their first studio album, Cross, in 2007, which immediately received critical acclaim, as well as commercial success, specifically with the single “D.A.N.C.E”, which would be nominated for two Grammy awards. During the same period, the duo won their first Grammy award for their 2008 remix of MGMT’s “Electric Feel.”

While their second album release in 2011, Audio, Video, Disco would not receive as much viral attention, it would further solidify their fan base, and lay the groundwork for their next big hit, the follow-up release to their 2016 studio album Woman. The 2018 release of Woman Worldwide, a 10-year anniversary album containing new remixes of many of the duo’s greatest hits, would reignite excitement about the duo’s work and bring in large numbers of new fans, even receiving the Grammy award for best dance/electronic album the following year.

The current tour was announced in tandem with the release of their newest studio album, HYPERDRAMA (2001). With features such as Tame Impala on “Neverender” and “One Night/All Night”, Miguel on “Saturnine”, and Thundercat on “The End,” HYPERDRAMA is an album packed full of clean electronic instrumentals and funky, lively, danceable tracks.

The duo is doing very few U.S. shows on this tour, so make sure you can say you were among the select few! Tickets are available HERE
