Soccer Mommy At The Masonic Lodge On June 4

Dream pop artist Soccer Mommy announced four solo tour dates across the US. The short run will kick off on May 31 in New York, NY followed by the June 4 Los Angeles, CA date, then the June 7 Chicago, IL show, and concludes on June 9 in Nashville, TN. Soccer Mommy will visit the four major cities,  just her and her guitar. These intimate performances will include Soccer Mommy classics, songs rarely performed live, and some new, not-yet-released material.

“Been busy working on some new music,” she writes. “Can’t say too much yet, but I really wanted to focus on the songwriting and keep the production more organic. I want to preview some of it in a more intimate way, so I’m excited to announce the Lost Shows! This will be a series of intimate solo shows where I’ll be playing some NEW songs, as well as familiar favs and some old deep cuts. I can’t wait to share this with those of you who can make it!”

When Sophie Allison began her musical project Soccer Mommy, she was a student at New York University, playing local shows throughout the city to modest crowds by herself with just a guitar. Today, Soccer Mommy is one of the most beloved and highly decorated indie artists of her generation, with three critically-acclaimed albums under her belt, a slew of television performances, countless sold-out shows and sought-after festival slots worldwide, impressive chart debuts, and much more. But with The Lost Shows, Allison announces a return to her roots.
