Aerosmith has announced the rescheduled dates for the Peace Out Farewell Tour. The Black Crowes will support the legendary rock band. The tour features a stop at Inglewood’s Kia Forum on Saturday, December 7.
The tour originally launched on September 20, 2023 in Philadelphia but was forced to stop after vocalist Steven Tyler suffered damage to his vocal cords. The new rescheduled dates are set to kick off on September 20, 2024 in Pittsburgh, PA and conclude on February 26, 2025 in Buffalo, NY. Teddy Swims will serve as the opening act on September 20 and The Black Crowes will be support for the rest of the tour. Previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new dates.
Aerosmith is an American rock band, sometimes referred to as “the Bad Boys from Boston”. Aerosmith was formed in Boston, Massachusetts in 1970 and consists of Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton, Joey Kramer, and Brad Whitford. Their style is rooted in blues-based hard rock and has come to also incorporate elements of pop, heavy metal, and rhythm and blues. The four-time Grammy Award winning group has inspired many artists throughout their 50 year career. Aerosmith was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001. The band is mostly recognized for their hit songs “Dream On,” “Sweet Emotion,” “Walk This Way,” and “Dude.” Noted as one of the most iconic rock bands, Aerosmith has 15 studio releases and has sold over 150 million albums worldwide.
