Usher is coming to Philly! After the biggest show of career at the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show, and a 12 show Las Vegas residency, Usher is making his way across the U.S. and Europe on his Past Present Future tour.
Usher has been a prominent figure in the R&B scene since the success of his second album My Way released in 1997, but his career actually started when he was only 16 with his first self-titled album, released in 1994. My Way spawned his first Billboard Hot 100 number-one single “Nice & Slow”, and the top-two singles “You Make Me Wanna…” and “My Way”. Usher went on to have an immensely successful career. Usher has sold 33 million albums, 87.5 million digital songs in the United States. Overall, he has sold 150 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time. At the end of 2009, Billboard named him the second most successful artist of the decade, the number-one Hot 100 artist of the decade, and ranked Confessions as the top solo album of the decade. Usher has won numerous awards and accolades including 8 Grammy Awards, 8 American Music Awards and 3 Guinness World Records.
Usher is still going strong with releases, releasing his ninth studio album Coming Home just last month. See him on tour in Philly at the Wells Fargo Center August 30th and 31st! Usher’s Past Present Future tour is mostly sold out, but you can find resale tickets here.
