Sleater-Kinney have announced a North American tour. The Little Rope Tour includes two stops in Los Angeles including The Wiltern on Thursday, March 28 and The Belasco on Friday, March 29.
Washington-based rock band Sleater-Kinney are heading out on tour to celebrate their recently released album, Little Rope. The tour kicks off on February 28 in San Diego, CA and is set to conclude on April 5 in Portland, OR. The 30-date tour includes stops in cities such as Seattle, Vancouver, Dallas, and more. Special guests Black Belt Eagle Scout and Palehound will join Sleater-Kinney on selected dates.
Sleater-Kinney released, Little Rope, their eleventh studio album and first for Loma Vista. Little Rope is one of the finest, most delicately layered records in the band’s 30-year career, as evidenced by the album’s singles “Hell,” “Say It Like You Mean It” and “Untidy Creature”.
“So grateful to share this music with you. A rope can be many things, it can hold us back or it can be a guide line through our most difficult night,” the band shared, “The songs, for us, always show us the way forward and we hope you will join us.”
Join Sleater-Kinney for two nights in LA at The Wiltern on Thursday, March 28 followed by a second show at The Belasco on Friday, March 29. Tickets are on sale at Livenation.com.
