Mannequin Pussy have announced a 2024 North American tour with special guest Soul Glo in support of their upcoming album, I Got Heaven. The tour includes a stop at Los Angeles’ Fonda Theatre on Friday, April 26.
Philadelphia punk rock band Mannequin Pussy are set to embark on the I Got Heaven Tour in support of their fourth studio album, I Got Heaven, set to release on March 1, 2024. The tour kicks off on April 5 in Durham, NC and is set wrap up on May 22 in Philadelphia, PA. The 30-date tour includes stops in cities such as Chicago, Seattle, Brooklyn, and more.
Via an Instagram post, Mannequin Pussy thanked those who have supported the band and shared details of their upcoming album. “We started recording IGH in March of 2023 – allowing us a whole year to live in our secret work and slowly reveal a few songs along the way. As a result of the waiting – I love this record even more than I did 6 months ago and the time we’ve had to wait has only deepened the love and respect I feel for what we created together.”
Mannequin Pussy is Marisa “Missy” Dabice, Maxine Steen, Colins “Bear” Regisford, and Kaleen Reading. The band formed in 2010 releasing two EPS the following year. In 2014 the group released their first official full-length studio album, Mannequin Pussy, via Tiny Engines. The band’s second album, Romantic, gained the group lots of attention from various publications including Rolling Stone magazine which ranked the album’s title track No. 14 on their 50 Best Songs of 2016 list. In 2019 Mannequin Pussy released their third album, Patience, via Epitaph Records. Five years later, the band has returned with new music and a full North American tour.
