Danny Elfman was allegedly accused of alleged sexual assault in July of 2023 by composer Nomi Abadi. Elfman was also allegedly sued for allegedly not paying two alleged payments of $42,500 of an alleged agreed settlement of $830,000 allegedly made in 2018. Now, according to Stereogum, Elfman has yet again been accused of alleged sexual misconduct. He is allegedly reported for alleged sexual misconduct by a 47 year old Maryland native named Jane Doe XX. She allegedly accused the singer for allegedly sexually abusing her allegedly from 1997 to 2002.
Furthermore, Jane Doe XX also allegedly sued Elfman’s music company, Musica de la Muerta, for alleged sexual assault, alleged gender violence, alleged intentional infliction of emotional distress, alleged sexual harassment and alleged negligence.
Jane Doe XX allegedly sued Elfman for alleged sexual misconduct allegedly on Thursday, October 9. The 47-year old woman allegedly filed her alleged report against Elfman at Los Angeles Superior Court. In her lawsuit against Elfman’s alleged sexual misconduct, Jane Doe XX allegedly details the alleged encounter in April of 1997. According to Stereogum, Elfman allegedly told her [Jane Doe XX that] “this [allegedly showing his genitals to her] was the only way he could work, be creative, and successful.” Furthermore, “[Jane Doe XX] she had no choice but to always comply with his [Elfman’s alleged] requests, and Plaintiff felt this was a condition of their continued relationship.”
Danny Elfman is set to perform later this month on Friday, October 27, Saturday, October 28, and Sunday, October 29, with other two musicians for a concert dedicated to Disney’s Tim Burton’s The Night Before Christmas.
