Simbiatu “Simbi” Abisola Abiola Ajikawo known by her stage name Little Simz, is a British-Nigerian rapper, singer, and actress.

Her first three albums were all recorded and released independently through her music label Age 101 Music. Throughout her childhood, she listened to several rap artists including Busta Rhymes, Nas, and Biggie Smalls. Simz has cited Lauryn Hill as being one of her biggest influences and that she was her “education.”

Outside of music, she has also had a successful acting career. Her first role was in the BBC children’s series Spirit Warriors, in 2010. Most notably Simz has starred in the Netflix revival drama series Top Boy.
