The Silversun Pickups will be headlining the brand new Los Angeles music venue the Bellwether for their second Southern California visit this year. The alternative rock band will be performing two SoCal shows with a special show at the Bellwether on Wednesday, September 27.

The Silversun Pickups announced two SoCal shows set for late September at Los Angeles and Ranchi Mirage. The two shows continue the celebration of the new album Physical Thrills. The 14-track record officially released in August 19, 2022 and features singles “Empty Nest” and “Scared Together.” The band has also released an acoustic EP with re-imagined versions of three songs from the record which were performed as part of Gibson Guitar’s “The Songbook” series. The SoCal shows follow the Physical Thrills Tour in which the Silversun Pickups performed this spring.

The band is best known for their 2006 songs “Lazy Eye” and “Well Thought Out Twinkles” which landed the Top 10 of Billboard‘s Modern Rock Tracks chart.
