Buck Meek will be playing at The Chapel on January 19th, 2024.

The acclaimed singer-songwriter, who is also a member of the indie band, Big Thief, got his start in music at a young age growing up in Texas and playing guitar around the hill country there. After attending Berklee College of Music and honing his theory chops even further, Buck moved to New York. It was there that he began to play music with Adrianne Lenker, and the two eventually formed the band, Big Thief.

Yet all this while Buck has continued to write and perform as a solo artist as well. With two solo albums already to his credit, 2018’s Buck Meek and 2021’s Two Saviors, Buck is returning with a third solo LP, Haunted Mountain, out on August 25th. This tour, including the stop at The Chapel, will be in support of the new record. It should be a wonderful night of music with Buck’s singular guitar-playing style and poetic lyrics.
