Pearl Jam is bringing their 2023 U.S. Tour to the Moody Center on September 18 & September 19 for a special double-header! Opening act is special guest, Inhaler. This 2023 tour is in dedication to their newest album, Give Way (Live), which is out now!
Pearl Jam is an American rock band that started in Seattle Washington in 1990. The current line up consists on Jeff Ament on bass guitar, Stone Gossard on rhythm guitar, Eddie Vedder on lead vocals and guitar, Matt Cameron on drums and Mike McCready on lead guitar. Pearl jam can easily be considered one of the most influential and show stopping bands of the decade. They have stood up for what they believe in and have perservered through many challenges. They helped shape rock and roll in the 1990s and influenced many bands that are still creating music today.
The band has an impressive discography of 12 albums, starting with their album Ten released in 1991, all the way to their most recent albums Gigaton and Give Way (Live). Gigaton was released on July 8th, 2022, while Give Way (Live) was released just this year on April 24th. Give Way includes 17 songs recorded live from Melbourne Park. Pearl Jam has surpassed over 85 million albums sold worldwide, making them one of the best-selling bands of our generation. They are also inductees of the Rock and Roll Hall od Fame. They were added in 2017 and recognized for their outstanding influence in the music industry.
