27 year-old Florida born legend, Dominic Fike, will be hitting the Moody Amphitheater stage on August 4th! He just announced his latest tour, Don’t Stare At The Sun Tour, on May 30th and tickets are available! Fike has grown his musical career since 2018 in a remarkable way and has even featured on songs with BROCKHAMPTON, Halsey and Justin Beiber!
Fike made his mark on SoundCloud, where he gained his first fan base. Don’t Forget About Me, Demos was released to streaming platforms on October 16th, 2018. One single off the album, “3 Nights” still remains one of his most popular songs and in 2018 it granted him a whirlwind of success. The single peaked in the top 10 list of songs in Australia, Ireland and the UK. The album is of alternative style. His second studio album, What Could Possibly Go Wrong, dropped on July 31st, 2020 and was filled with hits. Singles ‘Chicken Tenders” “Why” and “Politics & Violence” are included in this album and got a magnitude of streams.
Apart from singing and songwriting, Fike has a multifaceted acting career. He played a prominent role in the hit series, Euphoria. In the season 2 finale, he played an original song for the audience to hear! Fike is proud of his culture and identity. He is a man of Filipino, Haitian and African American descent. His music career helps out his family and more success is guaranteed to come for this young artist.
In the most recent news, Fike has announced a brand new album to be released on July 7th, 2023. Two singles have already been released to the public. The songs are titled “Ant Pile” and “Dancing In The Courthouse.” Fans are excited for the new album to release and even more excited to be one of the first people to hear it live on the new tour! In April of this year, Fike performed at Coachella to a large crowd and performed “Ant Pile” and “Dancing In The Courthouse” for the first time live.
