The fifth annual Same Same But Different fest unveiled the impressive lineup for another magical weekend at the Lake Perris waterfront. This year’s lineup is headlined by Big Wild, Griz, Louis the Child, Polo & Pan. Joining them on stage is the vast array of artists such as Hippie Sabotage, What So Not, Blu DeTiger, BoomBox, Flamingosis, SoDown, Hollywood Principle, a DJ set by Phantoms, and more. The independent music festival has acquired over 40 different artists for this year’s arts and music party. The four-day festival also includes workshops on yoga, breathwork, painting, interactive art, crafting, and more.
Dozens of artists will perform on four main stages spread across the shores of Lake Perris. The festival promises all-day beach parties and late night stages that perform up to 3 a.m. and more. Four-day tickets start at $390 with VIP, ad-ons and packages with shuttles and hotels available.
The Same Same But Different festival was founded in 2018 by a group of musicians who wanted to create an event in Southern California that reflected their tastes. The festival celebrates life, love and the unifying power of music. It all began as a two-day music event with two main stages that rotated back and forth with acts ranging from bluegrass, hip hop to electro-funk. In all the madness, a group of misfits set up a jam session in the trees calling themselves the But Stage. Since then, the festival has grown and remained independent over the years handpicking lineups and activities to craft a tight-knit sanctuary.
