Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MoFi), a prestigious reissue label has resolved its 2022 Fraud lawsuit. Tuttle and Dustin Collman filed a proposed class action lawsuit in federal court, stating that MoFi’s branding was “deceptive and misleading” and had tricked them to pay higher for lower-quality vinyl. Then another would as well file a complaint to federal court. That would be Plaintiff Adam Stiles of Charlotte would point out a purchase he made for Pretenders album for about $40, an album released by MoFi.
